Welcome to our first online program. Every week on Wednesday there will be a new challenge for you. Your job – if you wish to accept it, is to incorporate that challenge into your life over the next week. At the end of the 52 weeks you will have explored some new habits, got more information about your health and you will be in a healthier, happier state than you were 52 weeks before.
