{"id":578,"date":"2012-04-20T12:45:56","date_gmt":"2012-04-20T16:45:56","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/riseupforhealth.com\/practice\/?p=578"},"modified":"2016-02-21T12:11:16","modified_gmt":"2016-02-21T17:11:16","slug":"eating-well-every-day","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/riseupforhealth.com\/practice\/eating-well-every-day\/","title":{"rendered":"Eating well every day"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>One of the most important things for people is food.\u00a0 Eating well everyday helps your health dramatically.\u00a0 Developing healthy eating habits can prevent illness in the long run and keep you fit and active now.\u00a0 So here are some key points in making eating well a habit.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Plan your meals in advance.\u00a0 Pick a time and spend 1 hour planning your weekly meals.\u00a0 If you really want to simplify set a weekly or 2 week plan and follow it.\u00a0 (It&#8217;s Tuesday it must be chili..)\u00a0 This really works especially for busy families.<\/li>\n<li>Make a grocery list and stick to it.\u00a0 After you have decided on your meals make your list.\u00a0 This helps you save time and money by decreasing waste and excess.\u00a0 It also decreases those impulse buys. (But Pringles are on sale&#8230; Sorry it&#8217;s not on the list).\u00a0 For you techies out there (you know who I&#8217;m talking to) check out the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.route1software.com\/page3\/page3.html\" target=\"_blank\" shape=\"rect\">groceries app for the iphone<\/a> &#8211;\u00a0\u00a0 great for grocery lists as you can set your favourites and not have to write them down (or remember them) each week.\u00a0 I love this.<\/li>\n<li>Spend most of your time in the grocery store&#8217;s outer aisle.
